Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and AI Lora (“AirportDate”, “we”) when you use airportdate.com or our apps. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.

1. Who can use AirportDate

  • You must be 18 or older. We verify age at signup and through selfie verification; accounts that turn out to be under 18 are removed.
  • One account per person, registered with accurate information about yourself. No accounts on behalf of someone else.
  • You must not have been previously banned from AirportDate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Phone verification is required before you appear in Discover, and selfie verification before you send a first message — that's deliberate: everyone you talk to has proven they're a real, present person. Keep your login details to yourself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, stalk or harm other users, or contact someone who has blocked or unmatched you;
  • post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that involves anyone under 18 in any way — we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities;
  • impersonate anyone or create fake profiles;
  • use AirportDate for commercial solicitation, spam or scams;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or access the service other than through the app and website;
  • evade a suspension or ban with a new account.

4. Safety

AirportDate shows approximate airport presence only — never exact GPS. Meet in public airport areas, tell someone where you're going, and use the in-app safety tools. Blocking, reporting, unmatching and account deletion are always free. See the Safety Center. We connect people; we don't vet them beyond the verification badges shown, and you're responsible for your own interactions.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime via the customer portal in Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • One-off purchases (such as Boosts and Day Passes) are consumed when used and aren't refundable once used, except where the law says otherwise.
  • The free tier always includes: your profile, check-in, limited likes, matching, chat after a match, all safety tools, data export and account deletion.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a licence to host, display and moderate it so the service can work. We can remove content that breaks these terms. AI features that touch your content (such as profile suggestions) run only with your consent and never change your profile without your explicit approval.

7. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, with the reason logged. You can delete your account anytime in Settings — deletion is permanent and immediate. Sections that by their nature survive (for example liability and disputes) survive termination.

8. Liability

AirportDate is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, for other users' behaviour, or for events at airports — including missed flights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts — unless you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you stronger rights, which these terms don't take away.
